What shipping rate options can I choose for Shopify Collective orders?

For each shipping zone on a price list, you choose one of four rate types: Calculated at checkout (the default, using your own shipping profile rules), Flat rate (a fixed amount, always displayed to the customer as "Standard Shipping"), Manually invoice retailer (you settle shipping cost with the retailer outside Collective, while the retailer's checkout shows $0 Free Shipping by default), or Don't ship to this zone (customers in that zone are told shipping isn't available).

Flat rate shipping isn't available for public price lists, which default to Calculated at checkout.
