Why does my store show as ineligible after I install Shopify Collective?
An ineligible status usually points to one of a handful of common gaps: an incomplete Shopify Payments setup or unconnected bank account, a payout currency that doesn't match your store currency, unverified tax registration if you're based in Canada, the UK, or the EU, or an outstanding identity verification requirement.
You can check exactly which requirement is incomplete from Sales channels > Collective: Supplier > Settings. Once you resolve the outstanding items, your eligibility status updates automatically, usually within about an hour.
