What integration settings can I configure for a vendor's eCommerce sync?
Once an integration is live, both the vendor and the marketplace can adjust what gets shared. A price transformation can add a flat fee, a percentage, or a combination of both, useful if a vendor wants their marketplace price to cover commission or shipping costs. A stock buffer reserves a set number of units so the marketplace always shows fewer units than the vendor's actual stock.
Sync scope has four levels: Full Synchronization shares title, description, images, price, compare price, and SEO; Price and Stock Only (the default) shares just those two fields; Stock Only shares only stock, useful when marketplace pricing is set independently; and No product sync stops all syncing without affecting products already on the marketplace.
Auto synchronise is on by default, automatically accepting new vendor products; turning it off lets the marketplace choose which products to accept.
On the vendor list, small dots under each integration icon show the active sync scope at a glance: three dots for full sync, two for price and stock only, one for stock only, and a black-and-white icon with no dots when product sync is off.
