How do retailers discover my store on Shopify Collective?

Updated on Sep 08, 2026

Eligible retailers can search for suppliers and invite them to connect through their own Collective app. To be discoverable, your store needs the Shop sales channel installed and needs to meet Shop's merchant guidelines.

Any product you've published to the Shop sales channel can be visible to retailers, even if it isn't yet on a price list, which lets retailers inquire about products they'd like you to supply. A retailer viewing your brand details page can see your typical margin and shipping regions, if you choose to share them, along with your average review rating pulled from Shop and third-party review apps like Loox, Okendo, Judge.me, Yotpo, or Stamped.io.

United States-based suppliers with public price lists and discoverability turned on may also have their Instant import products featured on shopify.com/source-products, which can drive extra visibility without showing your margin or pricing tiers.
