How are refunds handled on Shopify Collective orders?

You refund a Collective order the same way as any other order in your Shopify admin. If both you and the retailer have automatic payments turned on, the refunded amount transfers to the retailer automatically once you initiate it. If either of you hasn't turned on automatic payments, you'll need to send the funds to the retailer directly and let them know.
