Can a retailer cancel a Shopify Collective order?
A retailer can request cancellation of an unfulfilled order, which sends you an email to review and cancel it, along with a note added to the order. With automatic payments on, Collective automatically cancels an order if payment wasn't collected at the time of the request, or if payment was collected but the order wasn't fulfilled within 14 days. Once you cancel, the retailer sees a Request declined status with the cancellation reason, and they then need to cancel on their side to refund the customer.
