Why did my store become ineligible for Shopify Collective after previously being eligible?
An existing supplier can lose eligibility if their Shopify Payments account status changes (such as a hold or deactivation), their Shopify plan is downgraded or paused, their store's trust or fraud status changes, or their tax registration needs re-verifying.
While ineligible, you keep access to existing connections and can create price lists in draft, but you can't activate price lists or connect with new retailers. Resolving the outstanding requirement in Settings restores eligibility automatically, usually within an hour, along with an email confirming the change.
