Which apps and features are incompatible with Shopify Collective?

Collective doesn't work alongside Managed Markets or Pickup in Store, and it doesn't sync metafields, product bundles, subscriptions, or combined listings from a supplier's store to a retailer's store (though retailers can still use those features on their own store). Most other apps and features, including Shopify Flow, are compatible.
