What should I do if I can't find or install the Shopify Collective sales channel?
If the sales channel isn't showing up, confirm your store is based in a supported country, is using a supported currency, and is on an active Shopify plan (stores on the Pause and Build plan can't use Collective). Then try installing directly from the Shopify Collective: Supplier listing in the App Store.
