How do I complete identity verification for Shopify Collective?

Some suppliers need to submit an ID document and complete a selfie check to become eligible. If you've already completed ID verification elsewhere in your Shopify admin, such as during Shopify Payments setup, you won't need to repeat it for Collective.

If it's required, you can start the process from Sales channels > Collective: Supplier > Settings > ID verification, then follow the prompts to submit your document and selfie check either on your mobile device or with a desktop webcam.
