Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper care are not covered. To make a claim, customers can contact info@lilbee.ca with their order number and photos of the issue.
    Defective or non-conforming products can be reported within 10 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. In these cases, Lilbee covers return and reshipping costs, and the original shipping fees are refunded.

Made locally in small batches with Loop25™, our upcycled filling made from clean textile off-cuts.

Lilbee was created to make meditation and yoga practice more comfortable, supportive and enjoyable.
