  • Retours : 100-day returns accepted . Under our standard policy, opened, used, unsealed, or tested products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons. This includes all skincare, serums, creams, SPF, hair care, makeup, beauty tools, and devices.

    We gladly accept returns on unopened, unused, and undamaged items in original packaging within 100 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Standard return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. If your order included complimentary gifts as part of a qualifying purchase, those items must be returned with the original order. If the free gifts are not returned, their full retail value will be deducted from the refund, as the complimentary items were provided based on the qualifying purchase.
