    Our exchange policy is 10 days, both online and in our two stores. If 10 days have passed since your package was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.

    If you don't find anything to your liking, a gift card will be issued for the amount of the purchase, excluding shipping if applicable. Our gift cards can be used online and in stores and have no expiration date.

    Since we continually offer discounted products, we do not offer refunds on in-store purchases.

    Products purchased exclusively on our website may be returned at the customer's expense. A 15% restocking fee will be charged.
