Filling is not covered, as compression and settling over time are considered normal characteristics of bean bag use. Customers can contact ARICO with their order information and photos of the issue for assessment.
    Returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days, provided the product is new, unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

ARICO is a Canadian brand specializing in ergonomic seating, bean bags, ottomans and comfort accessories. 100% designed and made in Canada, our products feature unique designs developed in-house, versatile formats and a wide range of fabrics and colours, bringing comfort, functionality and personality to homes, schools, workplaces and shared environments.

ARICO started in a basement with a simple ambition: to create products that are fun to use and different from what's on the market. Designing and manufacturing in Canada gave us the freedom to control quality, explore new ideas, push our creativity and, most importantly, create products we are truly proud of. Over time, that creative freedom led us to develop our own shapes, including the Ergo, and made ergonomics, versatility and lasting comfort central to the way we design. What began as a small local project has grown into one of Canada’s leading bean bag brands, with ARICO products now found in homes, schools, workplaces, hotels and public spaces across the country.
