  • Retours : 30-day returns accepted . We want you to love your Espe bag! If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your unused item within 30 days of purchase.

    You’ll be credited for the item cost and taxes (shipping fees are non-refundable outside Canada).

    All items must be sent back prepaid in original or equivalent packaging.

    Espe is not responsible for lost or COD mail.

    If a product issue arises under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it at our discretion.

    To request a warranty claim:

    Email us with photos of the defect and your receipt showing purchase date and price.

    Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number.

    Please clearly mark your RA number on the package — parcels without it may be refused.

    If the original style is no longer available, we’ll replace it with a similar product of equal value.

Espe started with a simple idea — to make beautiful, cruelty-free handbags that don’t cost the earth (literally). Based in Toronto, we’re a small team of animal lovers creating vegan handbags and accessories from premium PU vegan leather — a durable material with three times less environmental impact than standard PVC.

We care about how things are made. Our materials are ethically sourced and responsibly produced, and every year we push ourselves to find better, more sustainable ways to create our collections.
