Quelles sont les politiques de C'est Elle?
  • Retours : 10-day returns accepted. Exchange and Refund

Our exchange policy is 10 days, both online and in our two stores. If 10 days have passed since your package was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.

If you don't find anything to your liking, a gift card will be issued for the amount of the purchase, excluding shipping if applicable. Our gift cards can be used online and in stores and have no expiration date.

Since we continually offer discounted products, we do not offer refunds on in-store purchases.

Products purchased exclusively on our website may be returned at the customer's expense. A 15% restocking fee will be charged.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, if applicable, your item must be in the same condition as received, with the original invoice as proof and the tag still attached to the product; otherwise we will not be able to exchange or refund it, as applicable.

Several products cannot be exchanged, such as jewelry, masks, sunglasses, underwear, swimsuits, eyelashes, socks and tights, and certain accessories are final sale.
