This easy, beginner level project is perfect if you're new to needle felting and can be completed in just a few hours. You'll get step-by-step instructions with full colour photos, ethically sourced wool from Canada and New Zealand, and all the materials you need to make one felted Christmas Sweater cat. The kit also comes with cotton twine so you can hang your handmade cat on your Christmas tree or any other place you choose throughout the year.

Full kit includes:

Instructions w/ photos
Core wool
Coloured wool roving (Orange, Blue, Brown, Pink, Black and White)
2 felting needles (1 coarse and 1 fine)
5" x 5" eco-friendly felting mat
Cotton twine

Finished ornament measures approximately 5 cm w x 6.5 cm h (2" w x 2.5" h).

For ages 12+ with adult supervision recommended for kids.

Wild Whimsy Woolies is run by self-taught artist Linda, who makes cute and whimsical needle felted creatures that will put a smile on your face. She also designs enamel pins, patches, keychains, stationery and cute gifts based on her original needle felted animal characters.

In 2015, I decided to turn my hobby into a business and created Wild Whimsy Woolies to share my little needle felted creatures with the rest of the world. I now run Wild Whimsy Woolies full-time and enjoy mixing my passion for wildlife with my art to create cute whimsical animals in different mediums that put a smile on people’s faces.
