About PleaseNotes Goods I

Founding Partner

Est. 2015 in Toronto, Ontario.

PleaseNotes offers affirmation-filled goods to help you become your best self. Through workshops, guided journals, planners, and more, we make personal growth, confidence, and mindfulness a habit you'll love.

PleaseNotes was founded by Cheryl Sutherland during a career transition when she quit her marketing job but lacked confidence to pursue new ideas. She turned to affirmations and journaling to rebuild her self-confidence, discovering her passion for personal development in the process. This led to creating the first PleaseNotes Sticky Note to help others overcome obstacles and realize their goals. The product line has since expanded to include guided journals, enamel pins, affirmation cards, planners, workshops and coaching programs. Endorsed by change-makers like Les Brown and Monique Coleman, PleaseNotes now serves users worldwide across Spain, UK, Canada, U.S., Latin America and Asia. Their signature Clarity Journal is described as a "Personal Growth Seminar in between two covers."
