PleaseNotes was founded by Cheryl Sutherland during a career transition when she quit her marketing job but lacked confidence to pursue new ideas. She turned to affirmations and journaling to rebuild her self-confidence, discovering her passion for personal development in the process. This led to creating the first PleaseNotes Sticky Note to help others overcome obstacles and realize their goals.
