We use oat milk instead of 36% whip cream to make this ganache, then put it through our proprietary process to make this 100% plant based, earth friendly hot chocolate mix with a thousand and one uses. Simply add hot water, then stir until glossy and smooth. Mix directly with any milk for a hot or cold chocolate beverage. Pour the ganache on ice cream, spread on toast, use for fondue.
