The Sunday brunch you can enjoy anytime. It's a juxtaposition of sweet and salty, with *ahem* apologies to our vegetarian friends. Conventional wisdom would have expected it in a chocolate bar, but like most things Mink, the idea to play on Bacon and Eggs / Bacon in Eggs popped into my head one day and I couldn't let it go. A half dozen Grade 'A' for your enjoyment.

Borne of a desire to find a more convenient and more portable form of a bonbon, and being the kid with his proverbial hand always in the candy jar, when I sold my prior business and thought I was retired, I met my future spouse and realized it was time to go back to work. I took that opportunity to reinvent the chocolate bar to carry the flavours most commonly found in typical chocolate shops in unwrapped bonbons and truffles but in a way they wouldn't collect lint when put in my pocket.
