  • Returns: 14-day returns accepted. Item must be in original packaging, Prepaid return label provided, Full refund available, Light Your Way offers returns and refunds only for faulty products. We will make every effort to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the nature of the fault. If your sign was damaged during transit, you must report within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.
  • Processing time: 2 - 6 days business days
  • Warranty: Manufacturer warranty starting at 24 months for indoor signs, and 12 months for outdoor signs. Please note that indoor signs are not suitable for outdoor use or exposure to moisture, and improper use will void the warranty.
