  • Returns: 60-day returns, exchange only. We offer a 60 day exchange or store credit on all orders. At this moment we do not offer refunds on any order. You must provide the original bill of sale. Any products exchanged must be unused, unopened, in original condition.

    If the exchange is for an incorrect item shipped, Kitchensmart will cover the full shipping coverage for the return and reshipment of all items. For all other exchanges, the customer must pay for return and reshipment of all items.

    For any delivery that arrives damaged, you must inform Kitchensmart within 2 business days of receiving the product. Please email Common Goods with your order number, a description of the damaged item, and an image of the damaged item.

    To report a damage, please email us at hello@commongoods.ca We will immediately open a claim for any damages and provide the best solution available.

    Exchanges or replacements of any product will be processed within 2 business days of Kitchensmart receiving it.
