What is agastache?
Agastache, also known as agastache ferairies and Canadian forest edges, is a perennial plant from the Lamiaceae family, like mint and sage. Renowned for its enchanting fragrance and beneficial properties, it is valued in herbalism for its digestive and soothing virtues. This organic flowering top is carefully hand-harvested in Lanaudière and then dried and sifted to preserve all its aromatic richness and benefits.
How to use agastache?
Use agastache in an infusion for a soothing and digestive drink, ideal after a meal. In cooking, it flavors desserts, syrups, salads, and stews, adding a slightly sweet and aniseed note.
