  • Returns: 30-day returns accepted. We want you to love your Espe bag! If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your unused item within 30 days of purchase.

    You’ll be credited for the item cost and taxes (shipping fees are non-refundable outside Canada).

    All items must be sent back prepaid in original or equivalent packaging.

    Espe is not responsible for lost or COD mail.
  • Processing time: 1-3 business days
  • Warranty: We offer a 60-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects — covering hardware, zippers, and seams.
    If a product issue arises under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it at our discretion.

    To request a warranty claim:

    Email us with photos of the defect and your receipt showing purchase date and price.

    Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number.

    Please clearly mark your RA number on the package — parcels without it may be refused.

    If the original style is no longer available, we’ll replace it with a similar product of equal value.
