Simple modern hoops that I make out of 20g Argentium wire. I make a ball on one end and they just slip into your ear. Shipped with rubber stoppers. About 1" (25 mm) long Argentium is 93.5% pure silver, as opposed to sterling which is 92.5%. The higher silver content and a touch of germanium give it a bright shiny silver color that is very slow to tarnish. Argentium is made from reclaimed silver.
