  • Returns: 30-day returns accepted. Item must be unused with tags, Item must be in original packaging, Customer is responsible for return shipping, Full refund available, Proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns or exchanges. Exchanges are only available within the Montreal area. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been worn or washed.
  • Processing time: 1 - 3 business days
  • Warranty: Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of swimwear, worn swimsuits cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you experience a defect in workmanship or material after wearing the swimsuit, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of discovering the issue. We will review the situation and may request that the swimsuit be returned for inspection.

    Manufacturing Defects: If the defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or store credit as a resolution.
