If you’ve ordered from us before. We’ve likely included a few in your package. But maybe you’ve never ordered before – what then? We’re tickled to ship-out any of our products available in 5-15 gram size packets (lip balms excluded- sorry that would be kind of hard to sample out).

So, get started and ADD “sample” selections to your shopping cart. Next, send an email to info@lowens.ca with your order number and indicate up to 5 items total you want to sample. Simple as that…

Our sample program is on the honour system so please do not go over the totals as we would have to add in restrictions and/or significantly increase the pricing

Again, we do not have sample sizes of lip balms. So, yes they are excluded from this program (sorry about that!)

Lowen’s Natural Skincare is named after our daughter, Lowen, and inspired by our journey as parents. After struggling to find an effective diaper rash remedy, Registered Pharmacist Chad Zelensky used his clinical expertise to create a natural balm using high-quality, locally sourced, and unrefined ingredients.

The result? A gentle yet powerful formula that cleared Lowen’s rash within days—and it never returned. Our youngest, Simone, and many other babies have since benefited from our balms, avoiding diaper rash altogether.

Realizing that many parents faced similar struggles, we set out to share our solution and help families everywhere care for their children’s skin naturally. With that mission in mind, Lowen’s Natural Skincare was born.

After launching our flagship Butter Balm, we expanded our line through research and persistence to include a wide range of balms, lotions, cleansers, scrubs, hair care products, and creams.
