Genskee Apparel began as MeMi Collective in 2017, filling a gap in the market for Canadian-made, sustainable women's wear that was classic, stylish, and flattering on a broad range of body types. As time passed, our values evolved, and so did the brand—growing to challenge gender norms through inclusive, sustainable fashion. In 2024, we rebranded as Genskee Apparel. Inspired by the idea that clothing should feel like home, Genskee embraces versatility and ethical production. The name, derived from “Jenski” (meaning "to come home"), reflects this mission. Made in Canada, Genskee remains committed to small-batch, eco-conscious design, striving to expand and set new standards for gender-inclusive fashion.
