Founded in 2012, Garden Path Homemade Soap produces natural products for your bath, body & home using some ingredients sourced directly from their gardens. Based in Vankleek Hill, Ontario on a heritage farm, Garden Path Homemade Soap is also an attraction that draws visitors through events, its own retail store and other activities during the year. They are also a registered monarch waystation.

Tara began the business as a hobby, but quickly learned that her passion for gardening and clean living could be turned into a business. With a teaching background, Tara enjoys sharing her knowledge of natural products and the amazing life cycle of the endangered monarch butterfly. In fact, the business houses the "Monarch Motel" in late summer where visitors can get a close look at monarchs in their various stages of life.
