DWN Craft Chocolatier, makes bean-to-bar chocolate and confections. Carefully sourced cacao meets locally inspired flavour pairings for everyday moments worth savouring. As Simcoe County's only chocolate maker, DWN provides a unique chocolate experience with flavours outside of the typical dark- and milk-chocolate foundations. The chocolate either takes the classic form of chocolate bars or coats itself around delightful centers—nuts, malt balls, candied fruit, and more.

Founded by Dawn Nita, DWN Chocolate started out of a deep love for craftsmanship and flavour. After years of working in fine dining and for other Toronto-based chocolatiers, she started her own business creating bean-to-bar chocolate with locally sourced ingredients.
