Our mission is to build a vibrant community of enthusiasts through collaborations, unique designs, and an inclusive online presence—welcoming everyone from seasoned car lovers to newcomers.

This whole thing started when I was a kid, fascinated with toy cars and the dreamy roar of engines. Those mornings I spent waking up early to watch F1 races, cheering on legends like Michael Schumacher, and getting lost in the exhilarating world of Gymkhana with Ken Block drifting through corners or Colin McRae's wild rallies—these were the building blocks of a passion that defined me.

I always loved art and can even remember one of the first really good art projects I drew in school: a wide-body Audi TT back in 1998. I loved the look, and I'm pretty sure I got inspiration from HPA Motorsports' TT. It was futuristic for the time and so sick.

Over the years, I've owned countless cars, always looking for the next upgrade—tuning, racing, watching YouTube videos on how things are done or watching races, going to events, car meets, cruises. It just doesn't stop. My journey from playing with remote-controlled cars to tuning real ones taught me not just about the mechanics but the soul behind each machine.

ClutchCloth wasn’t born in a high-end fashion studio but sparked to life in a garage filled with posters of racing legends and the smell of engine oil. I finally decided, pretty late in life, that I wanted to try and give back some of this passion. ClutchCloth is my heart poured out into fabric—a blend of that love for motorsports and a knack for creating something you can wear, something that speaks to that inner child turned car crazy.

Rooted deeply in the thrill of motorsports and the beauty of automotive design, every piece of apparel here is a little piece of my passion. And, oh boy, am I picky about what we create. From the softness of the fabric to the vibrancy of each design, I handpick everything. Why? Because if I wouldn’t wear it, I wouldn’t want you to either.

As we venture into this new chapter, we're still new and learning this whole side of the business—figuring out what works and what doesn't, working with new people and exploring new designs. Building a community is already hard, but building a brand within that community is even tougher. Even though we're already part of the scene, getting our brand known among fellow enthusiasts is incredibly exciting. So, thank you all for helping us along the way.
