As soon as work became laptop-centric and office-agnostic, it was clear to us that the backpack needed to evolve. It needed to feel professional and deliver an optimized user experience on par with the most intuitive products, especially digital ones. Grounded in 10,000 hours of first hand user research, we've rebuilt the backpack from first principles to address the persistent pain points of modern work. A bit like our Pack, WATSON as a company is unique, inventive, and unafraid to challenge conventional wisdom.
